Basic Search offers a straightforward way to search featuring a single search box, the choice of selecting from the most widely used search options, and the optional ability to add search limiters (if available in the collection you are using and enabled by your library).
If your search is successful, you will see a results list page with items matching your search criteria.
If no results can be found, you will get a message asking you to revise your search, with a link to return to the search input form. In addition, whenever possible, the system will display one or more "Did You Mean?" terms showing spell check suggestions and/or other terms from a list of commonly searched, similar terms.
